Friendship tree planted in Barking Park to commemorate twinning with Witten

Last Friday the Barking & Dagenham Witten Club spent a lovely evening in the Witten Popakademie.
A large group from the Barking & Dagenham-Witten Club from our British twin town arrived just in time for the Witten onion fair.

On Tuesday, July 4th, 2017, the RV Witten 1946 eV cycling club started its bike tour with the destination Barking & Dagenham. Our club member Ingo Ridder, who is both a member of the Barking and Dagenham Witten Club and is on the board of the cycling club, takes part in the bike tour.
On June 18, 2017, the partnership flea market took place on the premises of the Ostermann furniture store.
On October 28, 2016, our cooking event “Members cook for Members” took place for the second time in the Ostermann cooking school.
